  • What age do I have to be to hire a vehicle?
    Our standard age range is 25-75,
  • What documents will you need to see when I hire a vehicle?
    You will need to provide a clear picture of your full driving licence. We will also need to a clear picture of your passport, proof of address, age range of 25-75 years. We will also need your National Insurance Number in order to complete a DVLA check online.
  • I have points on my licence. Can I still hire from you?
    This is dependent on the date and nature of the offence(s). Please contact a member of our rental team who will be happy to advise.
  • Can I take the vehicle abroad?
    unfortunately this is not a service that we can offer as of yet.
  • How can I make a booking?

  • When do I need to make payment?
    A £50 reservation deposit is required at the point of booking. the balance is taken for your hire period when the rental contract is signed. Should you wish to extend your original booking you must contact us in advance of your scheduled return time and pay the additional hire charges in advance of the extension of hire commencing.
  • What payment methods are acceptable?
    We accept credit/debit cards with the exception of AMEX.
  • How much is the deposit?
    A block deposit charge is place on your credit or debit car of £200.00 if you take CDW, or £1000.00 if you do not. This is done at the time of collection and removed on return of the vehicle. Please note it may take up to 7 working days for a block charge to disappear associated with your card.
  • How much is the insurance excess?
    Our excess is £1000.00 for cars and vans. this excess charge can be significantly reduced to £200 on the purchase of CDW (collision damage waiver).
  • Can I add another driver to my hire agreement?
    Yes. You can add an additional driver. The additional driver will need to provide the same information/documentation as the main hirer to hire the vehicle and meet our driver criteria. A charge of £12.00 per hire.
  • What is included in my price?
    Unless you have specified extras to us your basic quote will include fully comprehensive insurance cover for one driver, breakdown cover within the UK and 150 miles allowance per 24-hour hire period. Additional mileage will be calculated at 0.18p per mile.
  • Booking deposit?
    A £50.00 deposit will be taken to confirm booking, this is fully refundable if you cancel up to 72 hours before booking time. The deposit is non-refundable if you cancel after 72 hours before the booking.
  • Can I drop my vehicle back out of hours?
    Yes. There is a facility for dropping the vehicle back after office hours by prior arrangement
  • Where do I collect my vehicle from?
    Please collect your vehicle from our offices located at Henley Village, Newtown Road, Henley RG91HG. We are just opposite Thames View Tyres
  • Is there anything that isn't covered by Comprehensive Insurance?
    Yes, there are some damages that won't be included in Comprehensive insurance. These includes, Windscreens, Tyres & Miss fuelling
